Here at IPAS, we believe in the healing and restorative power of psychology in all its forms (therapy, psychological assessment, and research). Our mission is to provide insurance-covered quality mental health services to the Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC) and Marginalized Genders (MaGe) community. Whether you are looking for help with life transitions, work-life balance, or just need help managing your emotions, we are here to help.
Our style is an interactive one that focuses on providing support, understanding, and solution focused feedback to our clients using a relational approach. We use a mix of evidence-based treatments that include cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and trauma informed care. Our goal is to empower you to make positive choices for a more satisfying life. We help our clients explore and understand their concerns, build on their strengths, and learn new, and more effective coping skills. Therapy is a great place to stop, slow down, and figure out what’s not working in your life and we are here to support you through the process.
