Torri Taylor-Spencer, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing out of Los Angeles. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and a post master’s certificate in advance practice nursing with a concentration in psychiatric mental health from Herzing University.

St. Louis, MO born and raised, Torri specializes in assessing, treating/prescribing, and diagnosing mental illnesses across the lifespan. Torri is passionate about providing mental health care to teen parents, those that identify as BIPOC and members of marginalized communities. She believes in providing a holistic, patient centered, individualized approach in treating mental health issues.
