Christine Benetua is a graduate from Palo Alto University and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She was previously a credentialed teacher in California Public Schools and worked with grades TK-12s. She works with a trauma informed approach- that applies theories such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).  Christine is trained EMDR Therapist Level 1.
